A hamburger [also known as burger for short] is a popular food, which is typically a version of sandwich, in which it consists of one or more cooked patties of ground meat place inside sliced of bread roll [bun]. 
The patties may be grilled fry, smoked or flame boiled. 
This dish popular for its unique taste, this dish popular and often eaten in Germany, US,  
India etc. 
The place of origin of burger is Germany or United States. 
But is burger is healthy or not ?

Burger have so many proteins and vitamins and a acid called conjugated Linoleic Acid, by which you can build muscle [only in a regulatory manner] 


However burger is have so many bad impacts on our body Because of some things

Burger is considered as a junk food which are full of calories, fat, and excess sodium which is not good for your health. 
By eating burger you may get 500 calories, 25 grams of fat, 40 grams of carbs, 10 grams of sugar, and 1,000 milligrams of sodium, which is enough to cause havoc in your system.

The other thing is quiet surprising that after 15 minutes of eating burger your body experience unusual things. [What is that things ?]

After 15 Minutes of your first bite of your burger your body gets massive suger of glucose. This triggers the release of insulin, which makes you feel hungry again in a few hours, repeating this pattern can increase the highly risk of diabetes. 
And the other thing is you will become a huge fat after adopting burger as a daily routine food of your life. 

As a Nature roles, that eat or do anything in a regulatory manner by which you can never get side effects of it, but if you doing excessive it then you will experience bad side effects, 
so eat burger in a regulatory manner or don't eat it 😉
